Taking care of your personal hygiene is an important step towards self-care and overall health. Keeping your body and environment around you clean prevents the spread of germs and also adds a boost to your self esteem. Personal hygiene includes everything from bathing and trimming your nails, to getting a good night’s sleep. Checkout the links below for more information.

If you are having trouble finding affordable hygiene projects, try checking out your local dollar store. Stores such as Dollar Tree have toiletries (deodorant, body wash, tooth paste, hair stylers etc), and washcloths for a $1. You can also find affordable cleaning and laundry products too. If cash is just not flowing the way you wish it would, and you don’t have access to a dollar store for your hygiene and cleaning products organizations such as the Catholic Charities or local places of worship may be able to help.
