taking care of your mental health

Feeling mentally and emotionally healthy is just as important as physical health. Even so, sometimes it’s hard to find professionals to talk when you need support. Keep in mind, just like you go to the doctor when you are feeling physically unwell, the same should be true for your mental health. It’s understandable if you don’t want to talk or can’t find the words to explain what you may be feeling. Check out this video from Anna Freud National Centre for Children and Families to get a simplified picture of mental health, and what it means to seek care when you are struggling with your mental well being.
